We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer returns in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

Returns Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of approval
- The item must be in the same condition as received 
- All original tags (if applicable) must remain attached
- The item must not be worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Non-Returnable Items:
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The item has been used, worn, or altered
- Damage occurred after delivery
- The return request is made after the 14-day window

Return Process:
- Contact us via email to request a return.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
- Items must be returned using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.  
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly described.
